Hostages freed in Ukraine’s Kharkov, attacker arrested - president


Hostages kept in a post office of the city of Kharkov have been freed, Ukraine’s President Pyotr Poroshenko wrote on Twitter on Saturday, APA reports quoting TASS.

 

"All the hostages in Kharkov have been released and the attacker arrested. I have ordered local authorities to provide all necessary assistance to those affected," he said.
